With nearly 39 years of service, Subhavathi has remained a pillar of strength in both rural and urban health initiatives. Her work has surpassed traditional roles of healthcare workers, as she has spread awareness about critical issues like HIV/AIDS, child marriage, and maternal health. Subhavathi's unique approach combines health education with cultural outreach, gaining widespread recognition for her innovative methods.Subhavathi's contributions to health education have been remarkable. Collaborating with renowned music director SS Thaman, she composed songs on sanitation and child marriage prevention, which were broadcast through All India Radio to reach thousands. One of her most impactful works includes a statewide awareness song on anemia and nutrition, officially adopted by the Andhra Pradesh health department. As a Resource Person on child marriage and adolescent health, Subhavathi has trained countless health workers, teachers, doctors, and community leaders .The Florence Nightingale Award CeremonyThe award ceremony, held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi, was attended by Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare J.
